Clarion Associates has been retained to prepare a new unified development ordinance (UDO) for Fayetteville, a city of 174,000 that is home to Fort Bragg, one of the world’s largest military complexes and a major influence on the city’s growth and development.  Besides modernizing zoning districts and uses, streamlining development review, and making regulations user-friendly, the UDO will focus on improving
