Howard County initiates major update of its development regulations

Clarion Associates recently kicked off a rewrite of the Howard County, MD, development regulations, which have not undergone significant updates since the 1970s. The nearly three-year process will clarify, consolidate and revise regulations in an effort to modernize the county’s nearly 500-page zoning regulations and other manuals and documents that guide land use and development.
