Red Rocks Trail Building

On Saturday, September 16, the Denver office of Clarion spent the day building a trail at Red Rocks with Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado. We were part of a large group of volunteers maintaining and building new trails near the Trading Post trail. We learned how to use lots of new tools, moved lots of rocks, stabilized land for the trail, and earned a new appreciation for all the well-maintained trails we enjoy hiking on throughout Colorado! It was challenging but rewarding and fun work and we were very grateful to give back to our public lands in Colorado. We are thankful for the opportunity and very impressed with the Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado program in setting up these types of events throughout the summer!
